From board design and procurement of materials to surface mounting, chassis welding to painting . . . our strength is supported by expertise and capabilities that cover all of these manufacturing processes consistently. We pursue just-in-time, well-planned manufacturing while simultaneously promoting “visualization” of operations which are made possible by gathering real-time data on each manufacturing process. These capabilities allow us to respond flexibly to customer needs such as for delivery of low-cost products in the shortest lead time; and small-lot, multi-variety production. We also have production management systems conforming to various standards that enable us to ensure the most reliable product quality free of worry.
Our integrated production system supports the entire process of production from product planning through final shipment. Our high technological capability, highly flexible production support capability and high cost performance enable us to quickly respond to customer requirements.
With the most of facilities and equipment in our possession, we construct high-quality, highly efficient production lines to meet the expectations of our customers.

More than half of our employees in Manufacturing Division obtained national qualification. We are proud of our corporate climate in which it is customary for seniors to hand down their expertise to junior ones. Indeed, everyone is highly motivated to take up challenges to enhance their technological skills. Our proud tradition is reflected in the fact that many of our employees are the winners of top prizes at skill tests held in Nagano Prefecture annually.
